Wasabi Mayonaise Ling Cod

Great on any whitefish!

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 1 Ling Cod Fillet 2 lbs
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Teaspoon Prepared Wasabi
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Pull fish out of refrigerator 15 minutes prior to cooking.
  2. Preheat oven to 425F.
  3. Season the fish lightly with Salt and Pepper.
  4. Combine Mayo, Wasabi and Lemon Juice.  Spread the mayo mixture over the fish like butter on bread.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
